Asaduddin owaisi's opposal to anything which center proposes is not a new scene to watch.
Here are few scenarios when Asaduddin had opposed to what center had proposed.
- Owaisi opposed Constitutional amendment bill in early January of this year. He says and I quote "I oppose this bill. This is a fraud on the constitution". Owaisi also said that the bill will be stuck in the Supreme Court and that the Constitution does not recognise economic backwardness.
- Next very familiar bill and talk of the town, Triple talaq bill. As a citizen of Hyderabad I can tell you how Muslim women of the city were treated. Shaiks from Arab come over to city and marry young women, one, two or three women sometimes and fly to Dubai or other Arab countries. when they are done with pleasure they dump women giving talaq. Now tell me opposing triple talaq bill, is owaisi doing any good for Muslim women? Or pushing them to suffer from domestic violence and abuse? Let readers alone decide.
- Latest bill proposed by center, NIA bill, strongly opposed by Asaduddin owaisi. Let me give you some information why this was need of the hour. In Hyderabad, atleast 4 bomb blasts happened in a decade. All the terrorists who were involved in blasts were given shelter by a community of people in their homes In Hyderabad. Not only blasts took place in Hyderabad but Mumbai or Delhi, one way or the other terrorists were operating from hyderabad. Police couldn't investigate properly and failure of cooperation between all the government agencies, most of the culprits escaped. NIA being the agency to catch culprits didn't have much power. New NIA bill gives power to NIA inside the country and outside the country. Now intelligence can be gathered without seeking state police permission nor with state government intervention.
Asaduddin owaisi need vote bank of Hyderabadi Muslims. Old city in particular. So stating that new NIA bill will torture innocent Muslims or target innocent Muslims will give him a huge vote bank. Because people of his community will start to believe that he's fighting for them, which is false.
Remember, America is a strong country not because it is rich but it protects it's country from inner and foreign intervention . CIA never needed permissions to investigate.
I'd like to throw some light to support my points on why NIA bill is necessary
- His name is Jd Laxmi Narayana. He's ex cbi officer. In a recent interview he said "When I was in anti terrorism squad, we got an information that arms smuggling is happening and we suspected it was done by terrorists. We carefully used intelligence and caught a vehicle carrying illegal weapons. We concluded the driver was sent from Pakistan to plan an attack on India. Nonetheless, we missed the other person who was travelling in vehicle, left in middle of the journey and fled to Pakistan. When Mumbai was attacked by kasab, we came to know that the person who was talking to kasab on phone and giving instructions is none other than the person who fled to Pakistan on the day we caught the vehicle with weapons "
Institutions then lacked powers, resulting many terrorists roaming freely in cities and planning attacks. Now center has took decision to curb terrorism and some people are not liking it.
No wonder how Pakistan is still able to attack every year on our beautiful country.

Let me educate them. NIA is established in the time of congress. With time, needs and powers requirement of NIA increased. It is the high time to give them powers to keep our nation safe.
Some people don't want NIA to have power. They don't want RAW to work properly. They don't want police to work accurately . What they want is something only God knows
