You know what bothers. For making smooth roads they have removed speed Breakers.
As a Civil Engineering student I know the importance of speed breaker. While road accident fatalities have reduced around the world, they keep going up in India. We have 1% of the world's vehicles and 10% of the fatalities.
What's logic behind removing speed breakers? Total waste of money. Only for 30 min they are removing breakers and reconstructing them. Isn't it disgusting?
