No, it won't be game changer event for Rahul Gandhi and for Indian politics if he decides to go to jail, without taking bail as it makes no difference whether he's inside the jail or outside because of the reasons:
- Rahul is still an inexperienced politician
- Senior leaders (G-23) in Congress are not considering / accepting Rahul's leadership and that's why they're maintaining distance from Congress
- People are still not considering Rahul as a leader since they think he's to learn more in politics, rather doing negative politics on ‘frustration’ without caring for the nation
- Even other opposition parties including BJP are still not considering Rahul as a matured / serious politician
- People in the country do not want to see Rahul as PM of the country after seeing his anti-national political activities, in the last eight years ie. After Congress became Opposition in 2014
- Rahul himself is not equally treating the citizens in the country, irrespective of the religions
- Majority of the people in the country think that Rahul is not the right politician to lead the nation — safely
Rahul Gandhi, Ex-MP
Merely doing Twitter politics as against the ruling BJP Modi Govt. without knowing the ground realities and also by making Bharat Jodo Yatra across the nation for five months, have not earned any credit for Congress / Rahul, losing hope / support from the people.
